Terms & Conditions
Promo Period:
- 1 August - 31 October 2025, or while stock lasts.
- Voltex may choose to shorten or extend the promotion at its sole discretion, without notice.
Who Can Participate:
- All registered Voltex customers in Australia and New Zealand.
How It Works:
- You can claim 1 Toy Tool (via the Voltex Gift Portal) for every $150 spent in a single order (ex GST and shipping)
- The Gift Portal has been set up to ensure you collect 1 of each available tool before allowing you to claim duplicates.
- You can only claim up to 5 of each individual Toy Tool during the entire promo.
- There's no cap on how many tools you can claim per order
- The promo runs while stock lasts. Once a tool is out of stock, it will appear as “Gone” and is no longer available to claim.
- No new stock will be added during the promo.
Draw Entry Eligibility:
- For every 13 tools claimed, you'll receive 1 entry into the draw to win 1 of 3 Milwaukee Toolkits.
- If some tools are out of stock, you may still move on to collect your next set.
- Entries are calculated at the end of the promo:
Tools Claimed Draw Entries 1-12 0 13-25 1 26-38 2 39-51 3 52-64 4 65 5 - All tools must be claimed on the same customer account to be counted toward draw entries.
- Draw winners will be randomly selected and notified in November 2025.
Other Conditions:
- Promo items cannot be purchased, exchanged, or refunded.
- Claiming tools is only possible through the Voltex Gift Portal.
- Voltex reserves the right to substitute promo items if needed due to unforeseen supply issues.

Q: How do I claim Toy Tools?

Q: How many of each Toy Tool can I get?
You can claim up to 5 of each Toy Tool during the promo. The Gift Portal is designed to help you collect 1 of each available tool before repeating any.
Q: What if a tool I want is out of stock?
Once a tool is gone, it's gone. Unfortunately, no extra stock will be added. You're welcome to keep collecting the others and begin your next kit if needed.
Q: Can I still complete a toolkit if something is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, you can no longer collect that item, but you can continue to claim other items. You can continue to collect tools and once you reach 13 tools total, you'll earn a draw entry, even across multiple kits.
Q: How are the prize draw entries calculated?
At the end of the promo, we take your total number of tools claimed, divide it by 13, and round down. For example, 29 tools / 13 = 2.23, rounded down = 2 entries.
Q: Can I buy the Toy Tools or a full kit?
No — they're only available as part of this promo through the Gift Portal.
Q: Can I buy, swap or sell with other sparkies?
Sure — we can't stop you. But only the tools you personally claim through the portal count toward your prize draw entries.
Q: I don't spend enough to complete a full kit!
The thresholds are set and will remain firm. But we encourage you to:
- Review what you currently buy elsewhere
- Explore Voltex's full product range — you may find items you were not aware of
- Do your best — even if you don't get all 13, you'll still bring home some smiles
