    Unlike many other sites that have special rules and fine print, Voltex keeps it simple - orders over $150 (ex. GST) receive free shipping. Orders under $150 will incur a small surcharge of $10 (ex. GST). Voltex understands that getting your products to you is important, so every effort is made to process your order quickly. You can expect your order to arrive:

    • North Island Urban: 1-2 Business Days
    • North Island Rural: 2-3 Business Days
    • South Island Urban: 2-3 Business Days
    • South Island Rural: 2-5 Business Days

    Orders placed online before 4pm on a business day will be despatched the same day

    1. Deliveries to your address will occur between 7:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday except on Public Holidays.
    2. A second order to the same address which is dispatched the same day as the first order (orders need to be in before 4pm) will have free freight.
    3. A street address or PO Box is required for delivery.
    4. We do not ship internationally unless by special arrangement.
