Voltex Free Lifetime Returns

Lifetime Returns

If you no longer require any unused product you bought, or you're not 100% satisfied, you can return them to us for a full credit. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, in saleable condition and packed in a suitable outer carton.

Once your return is received and processed in the warehouse (usually within 48 hours of receipt here), you will receive a credit for the items you returned.

How to Return

Give one of the Team a call on 0800 55 66 33, send a live chat message, SMS 021 100 5371 or email sales@voltex.com with the items you'd like to return
Place the items in a cardboard box (please cross out/cover any old shipping labels)
You will be emailed a courier ticket/s to print and tape to the box/es. Or we can add these labels into an order for you, if you have one to be dispatched.
Once you have packed the parcel, simply either:
1. Let us know this is ready and we will book in a courier to collect from your address.
2. Drop the package into your local Post Shop.

Just follow the steps in the process, and we'll credit it to your account when it gets here, normally within 48 hours of receipt.

Unlike many other sites that have special rules and fine print, Voltex keeps it simple - orders over $150 (ex. GST) receive free shipping. Orders under $150 will incur a small surcharge of $10 (ex. GST). Voltex understands that getting your products to you is important, so every effort is made to process your order quickly. You can expect your order to arrive:

North Island Urban: 1-2 Business Days
North Island Rural: 2-3 Business Days
South Island Urban: 2-3 Business Days
South Island Rural: 2-5 Business Days

Orders placed online before 4pm on a business day will be despatched the same day

Deliveries to your address will occur between 7:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday except on Public Holidays.
A second order to the same address which is dispatched the same day as the first order (orders need to be in before 4pm) will have free freight.
A street address or PO Box is required for delivery.
We do not ship internationally unless by special arrangement.
