I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Voltex Electrical you can return your item(s) for a full refund. (Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.)

The easiest way for you to return the merchandise is to get a pre-paid label from us. Please contact Customer Care Team on 0800 55 66 33 to arrange.

Once you have a ticket for us you can attach to your package and drop off at any authorized NZ Post/Courier Post location.

It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach Voltex Electrical. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your credit will be processed and automatically applied to your account.

Do you do back orders?

Yes. Any item that is not available at time of purchase will be back ordered until stock arrives. You will not be invoiced until the item is shipped.

Do you match prices if an item goes on sale after my purchase?

Yes! If an item you order from Voltex Electrical goes on sale on within 10 days of your original purchase, just contact us anytime during that 10 day time frame and we'll be happy to credit the difference to your account.

Unfortunately, Voltex Electrical does not know if an item will go on sale or be marked down until it actually happens. The best way to catch a great sale would be to visit the sales page.

My email address has changed. How do I update this information to my current account?

You are welcome to update your e-mail address by logging in to your account online. The best way to do this is to take the following steps:

  • Visit the website and click on "My Account" in the middle left of the page.
  • Log in to your account by typing your previous e-mail address and password.
  • Type your new email address (Your Email).
  • Click "Update Account".
  • Your email will be updated.

The item I want is out of stock. What do I do now?

Voltex Electrical is very sorry that the item that you need is out of stock. You can visit the website again to see when it is back in stock or alternatively place your order and we will dispatch when available.

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can pay for your order with Credit Card during checkout or charge to your 20 day account. Payment of your account can either be made via credit card over the phone, direct debit or cheque.

How can I obtain the balance of my account?

You will receive a statement at the start of each month listing any outstanding invoices and credits. If at any time you require an up to date balance, please go to the Account section of the website or call Voltex Electrical’s Customer Care Team on 0800 55 66 33

What are your shipping and return policies?

We offer free shipping New Zealand wide for orders $150 and above + GST. Orders under $150 will have small surcharge of $15 + GST.
