With over 30 years' experience in the industry, Andrew is well known and brings with him a vast wealth of experience in electrical product compliance, design and testing, and extensive know-how in quality systems management. Respected for his moral integrity, Andrew is a strong believer in safety standards, and gets great satisfaction from improving product quality and safety. He is actively involved in National Technical Standards committees, is a champion for Responsible Suppliers who consider their duty of care as a top priority, and assures Voltex Electrical Accessories will always exceed your expected standard of safety and quality.

David spearheads the drive in QC for all product, batch after batch. A stickler for things being exact and with meticulous attention to detail, you can rest assured that he's put all Voltex products under the most stringent scrutiny for technical integrity and quality. David's always available for technical support on phone or email, because he understands that when you're in the field you need answers in a hurry.

With a robust academic foundation, including a degree in cinematography from the iconic New York Film Academy and a diploma in graphic design and advertising from Bologna, Italy, Federico has carved a niche for himself in the world of product and industrial design. His career trajectory has taken him through a multitude of experiences across Europe, the USA, Korea, and Australia, with a particular focus on commercial photography, design, and film work. Federico's transition to the team at Voltex as the Brand Director has been seamless, where his expertise now converges on guiding brand strategy, product design innovation, and industrial design principles—with a special emphasis on human-centric industrial design. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of aesthetic functionality, he ensures that every new product aligns with the Voltex mission while advocating for the contractor and home owner's interests. Federico's diverse experience and insightful creativity continue to be instrumental in elevating Voltex's brand identity and design language.

James launched his career with an Honors degree in Electrical Engineering Systems, and accumulated a wide range of experience in automation and continuous improvement projects with a large multi-national. So now he's fully engaged in Voltex continuous improvement design work and product design project management. He's also good on the bagpipes, and volunteers with the CFS! James is whole heartedly committed to the Voltex mission to help electricians by moving fast, so they get to see results on the product feedback they give us.

Justin's background is in NACE coatings for the corrosion control industry, and a longstanding passion for electromechanical devices. (If it has wires attached, he's probably pulled it apart at least once!) His meticulous attention to detail and his ability in electrical trouble-shooting and test rig design has been an essential part of the Voltex journey. Justin is passionate about post-mortems on any warranty failure because they're an opportunity to feed real data into our continuous improvement and design loops. It's all about helping our electrical contractor friends, so they can get better at meeting their own missions.

Lewis joins Voltex after years of experience as an electrical contractor and is now a key player in Voltex's product development projects bringing a wealth of practical knowledge and expertise to the table. So in addition to his technical expertise, being a great communicator makes Lewis a valuable asset to the product development team. Continuous improvement is part of Voltex, and his real world experience makes it easy to relay customer feedback to the design and development teams, so the whole trade gets the benefit of the improvements you suggest.

Roberto's Engineering Degree and his Masters in Business Admin and Management have rewarded him with an impressive career, starting at a global automotive manufacturer. After several years he moved to be Senior Consultant for an independent company. Roberto has a 6 Sigma Black Belt, accreditation in Scrum and Kanban, and is a Lean Manufacturing expert. He's passionate about product development and he loves how deeply embedded the commitment to continuous improvement has always been at Voltex. Because feedback from customers on the tools is key to the whole process at Voltex.

Ron's career is underpinned by his Bachelor of Science degree, which launched him into nearly 20 years of managing product development projects for the Australian divisions of an international player in electrical and lighting products. And accumulated experience like that is rare, so when he saw the light and had opportunity to unleash the benefit of his experience in electrical design and project management for the benefit of the small contractor, Ron was as keen as Voltex is! Because we all want you to win.

Stephen's background includes recent extensive experience working in the engineering, design and project management teams in one of the world's largest retail companies. He comes to Voltex straight from several years in Europe, to contribute to our in-house product design and development teams. Stephen's previous roles have honed his focus on customer expectations, and his proven abilities in designing for performance, safety and sustainability will be an asset in strengthening Voltex's 'no risk' commitment to the electrical contractor community.

Terry has a strong sense of the importance of quality and technical integrity. His knowledge and experience in electronics means he's a valuable team player in Voltex's product development initiatives.
