The NEW dimmer gives a quick and simple 'wire up and forget' installation. It requires an external switch mech to operate. The blue indicator LED's provide a visual indication that the dimmer is on, it has maximum and minimum dimming positions and provides a smooth experience for the user when dimming up or down.
Externally switched
2-wire dimmer
The dimmer requires an external switch mech to operate. No Neutral connection is required at the dimmer.
High and Low hard Stops
The dimmer knob has a physical stop position, so the user knows when they are at minimum and maximum dimming positions.
Smooth Dimming
The dimmer provides a smooth experience for the user when dimming up and down.
No Setup Functions
Quick and simple 'wire up and forget' installation.
Mechanical adjustment for minimum dimming level
Some LED lights flicker at low dimming levels. A mechanical stop is therefore included to enable a minimum dimming level to be set.
Led Backlight
When the dimmer is on, blue LED's provide a visual indication that the dimmer is on.
Supplied with both white and matte black knobs.

- Different brands of dimmable LED lamps/drivers have different dimming capabilities. The DM250X dimmer has been designed to adapt to a wide range of dimmable LED lamps/drivers. However Voltex cannot guarantee compatibility with all LED lamps/drivers marketed as being compatible with trailing edge dimmers.
- Compatible with Atco & Clipsal transformers when loaded to at least 75% of their rated output.
- Refer to lamp manufacturer's guidelines.
